Love for the Game
We love and play Racquetball. Over the years we've tried different tensions on different racquets for you guessed it different customers. We believe that gives us a great advantage over a Sporting Goods store that strings mostly Tennis racquets and probably has never played racquetball. Maybe they don't even play Tennis <jk>.
Good selection and Turn Around Time
We have a pretty good selection of house strings, grips, and other equipment to service your racuqet in the quickest time possible. Normally a racquet delivered to us on Friday is ready for Monday or even Tuesday to Wednesday. We understand most players only have one racquet and to we want you to miss the least amount of racquetball possible.
Consistency and a Clean Machine
When we get a new racquet we write up instructions on how it was done. This helps us in a couple of ways. We don't have to refer to the USRSA books every time, we keep our own notes on the racquet, and we make sure we do it the same way each time. Sometimes we refine our process to make things better and lastly we keep our stringing machine in good condition.
Service Tags Help Track Your Equipment
Can't remember the last time your racquet was serviced? What string you used? What tension it had? Our Service Tag application that appears both on your invoice and your racquet solves those problems by providing that information online.
Service tags also solve the problem of identifying racquets. Say you have two or three of the same racquet. Well service tag will uniquely identify each one and keep track of all the work done to it. We'll be adding new features to our service tag application to make it one of the best out there.
It's not a new idea, it's a better idea.
