Q: Why Service Tags?
A: Service tags is an easy way to track your racquet service over several different racquets and string jobs. If you have two of the same racquets...a service tag will make them unique. We use that tag to keep a life history of your racquet and it's one of the steps we use to ensure quality.
Q: Are they optional? I don't like anything on my racquets.
A: Yes they are optional. Your service tag is also on the printed invoice we give you. We try to put it a hidden area whenever possible. We also replace any worn out or damaged service tags so everything is kept neat. Let's us know if you do not want to patricipate in this program.
Q: Now that it's working can we expect more features?
A: Of course, we plan on linking this information with our member area, so people can login and see a history of their racquets and the service performed on them. We are also planning to add notes and ratings, so our customers can track what works for them.
